Update - We have implemented a fix that allows NHS login to work, but due to the ongoing PDS outage, some patient details, like sex, cannot be retrieved. This means sex checks for appointment types will fail during this period.

The admin portal is back up and operating as normal for all users. We will continue to investigate the cause of this partial outage and update with further details.

On investigation we have had reports that some users are logged in and are able to use the service normally. We are continuing to investigate the issue to ensure the service is running normally for all users.

EMIS has reported that their API and services are back up and running but there may be partial outages throughout the day. We are continuing to monitor the API.

The EMIS technical teams have confirmed that normal service has been observed as of 15:00 today. Their service will now undergo a period of heighten monitoring. Expected update at 17:00.

We have identified that this issue is being reported via EMIS and have updated us regarding a service degradation with EMIS Web which is affecting the APIs that are used within the Hero app. This is being investigated by EMIS as a high priority and we will have more information as work progresses to fix this issue.
